Delivery and Shipping Costs

The product range of ETIVERA is primarily aimed at commercial, self-employed professionals, or governmental needs. Therefore, we have also chosen our shipping partners accordingly. Powerful and reliable partners who deliver the goods to our customers quickly and securely at very good conditions.

To be able to offer this service at these conditions, certain prerequisites are necessary for our customers as well:

• The shipping company delivers during normal business hours. For commercial customers, it is assumed that they can receive the goods at the specified address from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
• The shipping company delivers the goods to an existing truck ramp or to the curbside.

If you have special requirements for delivery, please inform us before placing the order. This often leads to slightly higher shipping costs. We are happy to organize this service and will inform you about the additional costs.

Alternatively, you also have the option to have the goods picked up by your forwarding agent at our warehouse in A-8321 St. Margarethen.
Pickup times are from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Shipping to Italy

Shipping costs depend on zone and weight. Shipments up to 30kg are sent with a parcel service.

Glassware can only be delivered by freight forwarder (risk of breakage). For this reason, a minimum weight of 31kg is charged.

Shipping the goods from our warehouse takes place within 2 working days.
Please note that the delivery time depends on the region where the goods are delivered.
There may be fluctuations.
Delivery by freight (glass goods and/or more than 30kg) may take up to 10 working days (not equal to weekdays).

All goods can, of course, be picked up free of charge from our warehouse in 8321 St. Margarethen/Raab.
